Account & Login

Is this site official?

Yes! This portal is operated by the same creator as the Patreon page. It's an official alternative for subscribers who prefer not to use Discord.

Why do I need to login with Patreon?

We need to verify your Patreon subscription to know which tier you're on and which cards you can access. We use Patreon's official OAuth system - your password is never shared with us.

I logged in but it says I have no subscription?

This can happen for a few reasons:

  • New subscription: Wait a few minutes for Patreon to update, then logout and login again
  • Payment failed: Check your Patreon account for payment issues
  • Wrong account: Make sure you're logging in with the Patreon account that has the subscription

How long does my login last?

Your session lasts up to 24 hours. After that, you'll need to login again. You can also click "Logout" anytime to end your session early.

Downloads

What format are the cards?

All cards are standard PNG files. They work exactly like cards you create in the game or download elsewhere.

Where do I put the downloaded cards?

Place them in your Koikatsu installation folder:

  • UserData/chara/female/ for female characters
  • UserData/chara/male/ for male characters

Can I download the same card multiple times?

Yes! You can re-download any card as many times as you need. We keep track of downloads for your convenience.

Why is my card access limited?

Cards are organized by subscription tier. Higher tiers ($25, $50) get access to more exclusive cards. Your tier is shown in the top navigation bar.

The card shows errors in game / missing parts

This usually means you're missing some mods. Cards often require:

  • Material Editor
  • KSOX (overlay mods)
  • Specific hair, clothing, or accessory mods

Check the card description for required mods, or ask on Discord/Patreon.

Security & Privacy

Is this site safe to use?

Yes. We use Patreon's official OAuth (no password sharing), and all cards are standard PNG files that cannot contain malware. See our Security page for details.

What data do you collect?

Only your Patreon ID, display name, and subscription tier. We don't collect your email, payment info, or password. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What is the "tracking" in cards?

Each card contains an invisible identifier linked to your Patreon account. This is for anti-piracy purposes only - if someone leaks a card, we can identify who originally downloaded it. It doesn't affect how the card looks or works.

Can I share cards with friends?

No. Sharing is against the terms of service and traceable back to your account. If you share and the card gets posted publicly, your Patreon membership may be terminated.

Technical Issues

The page won't load / shows errors

Try these steps:

  1. 1 Refresh the page
  2. 2 Clear your browser cache
  3. 3 Try a different browser
  4. 4 Logout and login again

Download failed / corrupted file

Try downloading again. If the problem persists, the file might be temporarily unavailable. Contact support if it continues.

I prefer Discord - can I use that instead?

Yes! If you have Discord, you can link your Patreon account there and use the bot commands. This web portal is just an alternative for those who don't use Discord.
