What We Collect

When you use this portal, we collect only the minimum information needed to verify your subscription:

What We DON'T Collect

  • Your Patreon Password - We use OAuth, so your password never touches our servers
  • Your Email Address - Not requested from Patreon API
  • Your Payment Information - Handled entirely by Patreon
  • Your Real Name - Only your Patreon display name
  • Your Location - We don't track IP addresses long-term

How We Use Your Data

  1. 1 Subscription Verification - Check that you're an active patron
  2. 2 Content Access - Show you cards for your tier level
  3. 3 Download Tracking - Record which cards you've downloaded (for re-download convenience)
  4. 4 Anti-Piracy - Cards contain invisible tracking linked to your Patreon ID

Anti-Piracy Tracking

Important: Each card you download contains invisible tracking data that links it to your Patreon account. This is used solely for:

  • Identifying the source if a card is leaked online
  • Protecting the creator's work from piracy

The tracking does NOT affect how the card looks or works in-game. It's completely invisible during normal use.

Data Storage & Security

  • Session Data - Stored temporarily (24 hours max) and encrypted
  • Download Records - Stored in a secure database
  • Access Logs - Minimal logging, no personal data in logs

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except:

  • If required by law (legal subpoena, etc.)
  • If a card is leaked, we may report the linked Patreon ID to Patreon for ToS violation

Your Rights

  • Access - Contact us to see what data we have about you
  • Deletion - Request deletion of your data (note: this doesn't remove tracking from already-downloaded cards)
  • Logout - You can logout anytime, which clears your session
